Services Provided

The Web Design Dudes provides website design, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services to small businesses.

Our core offering includes:

Website design and setup
Website hosting on our servers
Ongoing maintenance and management
Unlimited revisions within the scope of the selected plan

Specific features and limitations vary by plan and will be discussed prior to project initiation.

Subscription & Payment Terms

Our standard website service is billed as a monthly subscription.
Pricing typically starts at $49 per month for basic websites (up to 3 pages).
Ecommerce websites and advanced functionality are not included in the $49/month plan and require separate pricing.
Payments are billed monthly and must remain current for services to continue.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or removal of the website.

No Upfront Cost Policy

In many cases, websites are created with no upfront cost. Ongoing access to the website is tied to an active subscription.

If the subscription is canceled, access to the hosted website may be removed.

Website Ownership & Hosting

Websites are hosted on The Web Design Dudes’ servers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients do not receive backend or administrative access.
All updates, edits, and changes must be requested through The Web Design Dudes.
Unlimited revisions are included, provided requests are reasonable and within the scope of the selected plan.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requested
Supply content (text, images, branding) unless content creation services are purchased
Respond in a timely manner during the design and revision process

Delays in providing materials may delay project timelines.

Content & Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original content (logos, text, images) provided to us.
By submitting content, the client confirms they have the legal right to use it.
The Web Design Dudes may display completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

Revisions & Scope

Unlimited revisions are included with active subscriptions; however:

Revisions must align with the original website purpose and structure
Major redesigns, new pages beyond plan limits, or feature expansions may require additional fees
Abuse of the revision policy may result in reasonable limitations at our discretion

Third-Party Services

Websites may include third-party tools, plugins, or services. The Web Design Dudes is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with written notice.
Upon cancellation, the website may be taken offline and hosting discontinued.
Refunds are not provided for unused time.

The Web Design Dudes reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Web Design Dudes is not liable for:

Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Website downtime beyond our reasonable control
Errors or omissions in content provided by the client

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the previous 30 days.

Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA.
